The International Sponsor Council (ISC), the world's first trade association for corporate sponsors, will conduct SponsorCamp, an "unconference" promoting face-to-face collaboration for the identification and addressing of issues and opportunities facing sponsors.

ISC SponsorCamp will provide a platform for leading Sponsor executives to network and collaborate with other sponsors as well as industry leaders to improve the effectiveness of sponsorship. This is in response to the:

  • advancement in technology affecting consumer engagement
  • growth of globalization and its impact
  • need for sponsor advocacy due to issues such as athlete labor strikes, omission of title sponsors by media
  • demand for increased ROI / ROO measurements and education of industry promoting sponsor interests
  • desire for career advancement and training

This wiki is an opportunity to provide your thoughts in advance of the conference. Share your insights on issues and opportunities affecting sponsors so we may cover in open dialogue at the conference.
